Our take
I needed an adjustable set for my small apartment, and this one fits the bill. The 25 mm handle with light knurling gives a decent grip, and the star-lock collars keep the plates secure during lifts. The chrome finish looks nice and seems durable. However, the included plates are lightweight (up to 45 lbs total), which is good for beginners but limiting as you progress. Assembly took a bit of effort, and the instructions were confusing. The PVC rings help protect the bar, but I worry about long-term durability. Overall, it’s a functional starter set for the price.
